Bapak Johanes Susilo served as Vice President of Chase Manhattan Bank, Jakarta from 1982 to 1989 and as President Director of Asia Kapitalindo Sekurities from 1994 to 2000. Johanes served as President Director of Danamon Securities and Corporate Secretary of PT Bank Danamon Tbk from 1989 to 1994. He served as the President Director of PT Jakarta Assetama Management from 1989 to 1994 and as the President Commissioner of Prima Alloy Steel Universal Tbk from 1989-2002. Johanes has been serving as an Independent Commissioner at PT Colorpak Indonesia Tbk since 2002 and has been a Commissioner at PT Trias Sentosa Tbk since 2003. He has also held the position of President Commissioner at Sucorinvest Asset Management since 2001. Johanes holds an MBA from Andrews University, Michigan USA.
John holds a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management from the National Safety Council from Deakin University in South Australia; a Diploma in Business Studies from a Registered Training Organisation (TAFE) in Australia; a Graduate Certificate in Organisation Design from the Requisite Organisation Institute (Accredited by the George Washington University).

John has a vast level of experience in the start-up of organisations, particularly in areas where the skills required are not readily available, and is successful at training local workforces to an international standard. He has worked in Indonesia, Canada, America, Laos, Africa and Australia. John speaks fluent Bahasa Indonesia.
Paul is a Metallurgical Engineer with over 25 years’ experience in the resources industry and has held senior operations leadership roles across a range of commodities including metallurgical operations for nickel, cobalt, ferroalloys, lead, zinc and iron ore.
Paul has a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of South Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Technology Management from Deakin University.
Maintenance Engineer and Project Manager with over 30 years’ achievement in marine, power generation and mining industries. Gerry’s experience includes strong financial control with an emphasis on budgeting, cost reduction and cost-effective department manning, as well as design, installation and commissioning of equipment. Gerry has highly developed planning, scheduling and training skills as well as implementation of mobile and fixed plant maintenance systems and writing of analytical reports.
Ilham has 14 years’ experience in the mining industry, especially in coal, with exposure to strategic planning and cost control. He most recently held the position of Corporate Finance & Controlling Manager at PT Multi Harapan Utama (1st Generation CCow). Ilham holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Muhammadiyah University of Malang.
David is a mining engineer with over 25 years’ experience in the mining industry, including extensive experience in developing and operating open-cut mines in SE Asia. His career covers a range of commodities, including gold, silver, nickel, copper and limestone for cement production.
David holds an Honours Degree in Geological Engineering from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, and an unrestricted Quarry Manager’s Certificate from the WA Department of Mines.
